In preparation for the Peter Smith Feis on June 22, 2008, we are requesting information from families planning on sponsoring a new perpetual trophy for either the Preliminary or Open dance categories.  Trophy sponsorship is $250.  Please see or e-mail Tom McFadden (petersmithfeis@petersmithschool.com) as soon as possible.

At a minimum, we need to know the name of the trophy (i.e. what name will be inscribed on the front of the trophy) and the competition sponsored.  Tom McFadden needs this information for the syllabus.

Before the actual trophy can be ordered, we will need the following information:

Inscription on base (example: In Loving Memory of….)
